View invoices

To view your past invoices, log in to your Hilti Online account, select the invoice you need in the 'Order History', and click 'Request copy of invoice'.

Credit and debit card

Hilti accepts payment for orders and repairs via almost all credit and debit cards. You can use your credit and debit card:

In one of our nationwide Hilti Stores.

Hilti credit account

Anyone who has an account with Hilti is eligible to apply for credit terms with us. This means you can order goods on an invoiced basis, and then settle all of your invoices in one consolidated payment. Credit terms are subject to status.

Terms & Conditions

1.All of our customers are eligible to buy online and chose payment options

2.While paying by credit or debit card the person indicated on the checkout process should be the one paying

3.While paying with cash the total bill should not exceed 5,000 AED (total orders value)

4.Existing Hilti Online customer who have credit facility can also use this payment.

5.Delivery time promise 24 hours

6.Customers using new payment option are not eligible to use ship to Hilti store service, the delivery will be done by UPS at the delivery address entered while placing the order.
